You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
The Banwood Classic is a perfect first bike for children who have transitioned from a balance bike. It is designed with a child-friendly lightweight alloy frame that comes in four gorgeous colors and features a glossy finish.
The bike is equipped with a back pedal brake for easy and safe stopping. It also has a front adjustable caliper brake lever that is suitable for children's hands, providing additional control and stopping power. The Banwood Classic includes both a Banwood rosewood vintage pedal and an extra PVC pedal in white, allowing for customization and preference.
For added convenience, the bike comes with a detachable front wicker basket, providing a space to carry small items or a favorite toy. It also includes training wheels to assist children in learning to ride and maintaining balance. A kickstand is included for easy parking and storage.

Please note that all Banwood items require assembly.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at post@koko-kamel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, unless the product is damaged or faulty.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Here at Koko Kamel we like to keep things simple.
If you live in a remote area of UAE, delivery can take a few extra days.
