This product is made from 100% natural rubber. Due to the pure and natural material, they are the perfect first toy for newborns. The toys are light and the shapes are thoughtfully designed so babies can easily grasp them. They have a soothing effect on sore gums when little ones are teething. By chewing on the soft material and different textures, it relieves the sore gum and eases the discomfort during the different stages of teething. Also elder children will enjoy these items! They're the perfect friends for some pretend play in the bath tub! There are no openings in the toy, so thereÕs no need to worry about mould growing inside the toy.
All items are carefully handpainted with water based paints which are totally harmless for babies. The handpainted process makes each toy unique as you might see slight variations in colour and/or shape.
When it comes to the care for these products, simply wipe the surface with soapy water and a damp cloth. There is no need to sterilize the products, as this would damage the natural material.
It goes without saying that the complete range does not contain harmful substances and complies to the EN71 safety standards. All items are free from BPA, PVC, Phtalate and Nitrosamine.

xReturns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at post@koko-kamel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, unless the product is damaged or faulty.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
