Crafted from durable 304 stainless steel, the bottle features double-wall vacuum insulation to keep drinks hot or cold for up to 24 hours. The 530ml bottle comes with a straw lid, while the 950ml size is available with either a straw lid or a magnetic lid that doubles as a phone holder—ideal for work, fitness, or travel.
Fully certified to meet EU and FDA food safety standards, including BPA migration limits, this bottle delivers on both safety and style.

Customisation Available
All bottles in the NORTH series can be customised with text, applied by hand at our UAE studio. Customisation takes 1–2 days.
Please hand-wash the bottle only, as the personalised text is not dishwasher safe.
We offer a 3-month guarantee: if the text begins to peel within this period, we’ll send you a replacement sticker free of charge.
Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at post@koko-kamel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, unless the product is damaged or faulty.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you live in a remote area of UAE, delivery can take a few extra days.
